Purchase Concert Tickets

Waterbury Symphony Orchestra and The Palace Theater are excited to announce our new Box Office partnership!
Tickets to WSO concerts and events can now be purchased online via our new E-Box Office at www.waterburysymphony.org OR by calling the Palace Box office at (203) 346-2000 Mon through Friday 10 am to 4 pm.

Online

You may purchase tickets to any WSO concert online by clicking the "Buy Tickets Here" link above.  Please be aware that some concerts are not available for purchase online the day of the concert.  Tickets may be purchased at the venue 60-90 minutes prior to the concert, based on availability.

By Phone

You may purchase single tickets to any concert by calling the Palace Box office, Mon-Fri, 10am to 4pm at 203-346-2000.

In Person: Prior to Concert
If you would like to pick up tickets in person, the Box Office at the Palace is open Mon-Friday from 10am to 5pm or by appointment. They are located at 100 East Main Street, Waterbury CT.

In Person: Day of Concert
The Box Office at NVCC Fine Arts Center (750 Chase Parkway, Waterbury) is located on the 3rd floor in the Ruth Ann Leever Atrium.  The NVCC Box office opens 90 minutes prior to the concert.

​

Please note: If you choose to have your tickets mailed to you, they will be mailed up until a week prior to the concert. At that time, all phone and online purchased tickets will be held for you at will-call at the box office and will be available for pickup 90 minutes prior to each concert at NVCC and 60 minutes prior to each Music in Great Spaces concert.

The WSO builds connections across the region with exploratory concerts, events, and educational programs. The WSO maintains a firm commitment to produce programs that are of value to its patrons, participants and community partners. This commitment is rooted in the Symphony’s core belief that music education and shared cultural experiences are essential to creating community.  Founded in 1938, the Symphony has assembled over 100 of the most talented musicians across New England to perform throughout Northwest Connecticut.

The Symphony has been the Orchestra-in-Residence at Naugatuck Valley Community College since 1992.
