St. Michael Parish

St. Michael’s Parish is an Episcopal congregation that is called to live and proclaim the transforming love of God. Our members come from all faith backgrounds and all are welcomed here.

We are known as a premier center for music in the Litchfield Hills. Our own music program features an excellent choir, a handsome Steinway piano and an historic organ with 2,221 pipes.  St. Michael’s Parish is sought out by other musical groups as a concert venue due to our exceptionally fine acoustics and renowned reputation. We are proud of our beautiful English neo-Gothic church with its beautiful stained glass windows, including several designed by Tiffany studios, lavishly carved English oak choir stalls and pulpit, and a triptych mural on the high altar painted by H. Siddons Mowbray
